For U.S. Based Vendors:
- EIN, LLC, or Sole Proprietorship documentation
- Government-issued ID
- Completed W‑9 form (for 1099 tax reporting purposes)
For International Vendors:
Government-issues ID (passport, national ID card, etc.)
Business license or registration (if applicable in your country)
Completed W‑8BEN or W‑8BEN-E tax form (based on entity type)
