OWN Marketplace is a facilitator. We host vendors, showcase products, and enable transactions — but each vendor is fully responsible for the goods, services, and business they bring to the platform.

3. User Responsibilities
By accessing and using the Site, you agree to uphold the following responsibilities:

4. Vendor Responsibilities
If you operate a store on Our World Nexus, you agree to uphold these responsibilities to ensure integrity, trust, and alignment with our mission:
List Products Honestly – Provide accurate details for pricing, availability, fulfillment times, and product descriptions. No false claims, no deception.
Respond Promptly – Engage with customer inquiries in a timely, respectful manner to maintain trust and professionalism.
Maintain Legal Selling Rights – Only sell products you have the legal right to distribute, including export or resale rights where applicable.
Comply With All Laws & Standards – Adhere to relevant laws, including AGOA, FDA, FTC, customs regulations, and any local or international trade requirements tied to your products.
Respect OWN Marketplace Standards – Stay in good standing by aligning with OWN Marketplace policies. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our mission, disrupt community trust, or fail to uphold ethical standards.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Our World Nexus name, logo, messaging, brand assets, platform materials, and proprietary content — is the intellectual property of Our World Nexus & (Unlock Your Entrepreneurial Success LLC).
Vendors retain full rights to their product branding, names, logos, and intellectual property. However, by listing on Our World Nexus, vendors grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and market their products across our platform and associated promotional channels.
We respect and protect the creative rights of our vendors while ensuring that the collective marketplace can highlight, amplify, and circulate their work globally.
8. Termination
Our World Nexus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, storefront, or activity on the platform if you:
Violate these Terms & Conditions
Act in bad faith, including fraud, deception, or abuse of the platform
Harm, or attempt to harm, the integrity of the platform, its mission, or its users
Termination decisions are at the sole discretion of Our World Nexus and may occur without prior notice.

Our World Nexus does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, profits, or results for vendors or users.
You use this platform “as is” and accept full responsibility for your choices, purchases, and participation.
Vendors remain fully responsible for the legality, safety, and quality of their products and services.
While Our World Nexus will always act in good faith, intervene when community standards are violated, and work to protect the integrity of the platform, ultimate responsibility rests with the individual vendors and users.
11. International & AGOA-Based Buyers
Our World Nexus supports international buyers across the African continent, the U.S. Diaspora, and select global regions. For buyers located in AGOA-participating countries or importing goods into the United States under the African Growth and Opportunity Act (AGOA):
Products sourced from eligible African nations may qualify for duty-free entry into the U.S. under current AGOA law.
AGOA benefits are authorized through September 30, 2025, unless renewed or extended by U.S. legislation. Eligibility depends on both U.S. law and each participating country’s compliance with AGOA requirements.
Shipping costs, import taxes, and AGOA eligibility vary depending on the origin country and destination laws.
Our World Nexus will make reasonable efforts to identify and promote AGOA-eligible goods for transparency, but final eligibility is determined by U.S. Customs and applicable trade regulations.
